Making of The Case Files of J. Jonsey
One borrowed camera + one cheap tripod + a boy with a vision, and a car full of opportunity. We were 17 year old kids (circa 2002) with a idea of telling an adapted story. Whether that story was coherent didn’t matter much. The point was we tried to create something unique and memorable. Our technical knowledge was limited but our motivation was ferocious. This was film making in its most rough unpolished phase of growth. And it was a joy to make.
