Sold Outside Comfort Zones

Funeral catering is a big business; I mean food is always provided at wakes. But you don’t see any funeral-themed cakes. Imagine it: black top frosting with white icing reading, “Wasn’t you.” Or how about a rectangular cake with grass-colored top frosting, chocolate “earth”, and a taffy skeleton in the middle?

It’s a rare opportunity to sweeten up a sour atmosphere.
