A zero tolerance policy toward threats, no matter the scope, is an arguable situation. On one hand it quickly resolves potential issues immediately. On the other hand, it abolishes the possibly of explaining any motivations. Classic story of the benefit of the mass versus the needs of one.  

But children impersonating robots is an irredeemable offense.
