Clearly the Keebler elves are an incorporated business. They have patented trademarked recipes, a packaging operation, logistics and supply chain, et cetera. But is it all housed within the tree? If so aren’t they concerned about de-forestation? Maybe this business plan worked in the 1960s but seems highly flawed today.
