Mole

This should be it’s own series: if animals were anthropomorphic how would they bury their dead? Okay most would be eaten by carnivores and scavengers but what about apex predators? Lion shaped caskets…or bronzed bald eagles filled with real eagle….or cremated Tyrannosaurus with a human sized urn?

But for the funeral we can all agree moles and other subterranean creatures would be lifted to the surface, right? Imagine a prairie dog field littered with cute tiny caskets.
